Victorio Compolo and Bartley Madden sparring each in preparation for an up-coming fight. Compolo drew with Johnny Risko in February, 1930. For Bartley Madden he was training for his last fight. at Thanksgiving, 1929, Bartley Madden knocked out George Avery in four rounds. Four months later Madden was dead.
