Georges Fails To Impress In Huffman Fight

Georges Carpentier, the orchid man, has bloomed again, but the pugilistic flower of France has lost most of his strength and color. Last night Gorgeous Georges...returned to the ring at Madison Square Garden against Eddie Huffman, the coast boxer, and the decision was a draw.

...when Carpentier did swing the right hand that did so much damage five and six years ago, it looked better than it was. Huffman was but slightly jarred and each time it stung Eddie into a better grade of boxing.
