Beau Jack
End of the Line
July 12, 1948
Philadelphia
From the very beginning it seemed Ike Williams always had Beau Jack's number. The pair fought four times, and best Beau could muster was a draw in his hometown of Augusta. There would be no draw this night, in the six round the referree stepped in to put a stop to Beau's bid for the World Lightweight Title.
