When Frank Moran, the big Pittsburgh heavyweight arrives in this city tomorrow from England the chances are that little time will be lost by local fight promoters in framing up a match between the Smoky City heavy and either Carl Morris or Al Palzer, the two imminent white hopes. Moran won seven fights in England and Paris and comes home crowned with laurels. Frank's latest victory was in Paris, when he whipped Frank Storbeck, champion of South Africa, in eleven rounds.
