Jimmy Wilde, at 5 feet 2 inches tall, and barely 100 pounds, began his boxing career travelling the circuit in a boxing booth, during five years he was said to fought 600 times!
As a professional Wilde recorded 153 fights. He won 142, drew 2, fought 13 no decisions, and lost one six times.
He was Flyweight Champion of the World from 1913-1923.
